Q: What should I do if there is only one side of the headphone?
A: Turn off the Bluetooth function of your smartphone.Please cancel all the previously connected device name "Power HBQ Pro" before turning off.
Remove the left and right earphones from the case and manually press the button for 5 seconds to turn off the power.
In the shutdown state, manually press and hold the multi-function button on the left and right earbuds for 10 seconds.After the red and blue lamp blinks twice,
Put the left and right earphones back into the charging case to check whether it is in charging mode.
Remove the left and right earphones from the charging case simultaneously and connect to your smartphone.
