What is cold brew?
A low temperature brew method that allows you to brew with "water" instead of hot water.Soak the ground coffee powder in water and extract it.
Cold Brew Features:
It has a smooth and mellow taste.
It prevents oxidation from high temperatures and does not release tannins and caffeine which are the source of bitterness and train, so it has a mellow taste that is suppressed.
