Haoge Tripod Mount Ring is designed specifically for Nikon AF NIKKOR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED AF VR and AF-S 300mm F/4D IF-ED Lens. It features Arca-compatible dovetail which allows you to attach the lens to the ball head, clamp or panorama head of the Arca-Swiss standard. 1/4" and 3/8" screw holes on the bottom for mounting lens directly on the tripod.

This ring will increase camera and lens stability. The weight of this product, when the lens is mounted on a tripod camera, the center of gravity will be on the side of the lens. The ring can be attached to the tripod and then moved to adjust the balance.

Rotation
By securing the ring around the lens and the camera you can switch between landscape and portrait orientation of the lens without removing the camera from the tripod. Tighten the friction thumb screw to secure the camera to the desired position.
