Wrap the belt around the groove of the winding shaft about 2 rotations, and the handle is turned over in the direction of the arrow C to complete operation. Please do not over-wrap the belt on the winding shaft.The belt bite into the ratchet buckle and may not be able to pull out the belt when loosening it. |
[How to loosen it]When the handle and open lever is held together, the direction of the arrow D is opened as it is 180 degrees, and then comb the open stopper. To loosen the belt, pull the belt in the direction of the arrow E.
