Note: Although it can also be used for crimping terminals and wire seals from the Tyco Electronics Superseal 1.5 Series, the thickness of the teeth is 0.16 inch (4 mm), it is wider than the conductor barrel of the Superseal terminal, so it will interfere with the terminal body if the teeth are not aligned. The thickness of the 1424B teeth is thicker than the thin portion of the wire seal barrel when crimping the insulator barrel, so it will interfere with the lip of the wire seal, but the wire seal is made of soft silicone, so the lip will return to its original shape even if the lip is deformed.

STEP 1: Set the waterproof rubber cap and terminal in the wiring.

Firstly, before clicking the terminal, keep the waterproof rubber cap through the wiring side.The nail on the end is attached to the copper wire, while the root side claws attach to the wire covering and waterproof rubber cap.

STEP 2: Tighten the terminal.

According to the size of the wire wire, crimp the core wire with the corresponding crimp hole.

STEP 3: Compress the wire covering and waterproof seal.

Next, press the cover side.Secures both the wire covering and the waterproof rubber cap together.

STEP 4: Confirm the crimping status and complete

After compressing the cover, make sure there is no looseness and youre done.
