Place your knees on the included knee pads and set your arms to 90 degrees against your body.

At first, roll the Ab Carver Pro a little forward and return to its original position with the power of your abs.Thats one time.

Challenge your goals 10 times first.

*If you are uncomfortable or painful, immediately stop your training.

Intermediate

Once you get used to it, roll your arm to about 135 degrees and return to its original position.

Train with 3 sets of 10 goals.

*If you are uncomfortable or painful, immediately stop your training.

Advanced

If you get used to your training, roll the Ab Carver Pro until it gets stuck to the ground and then put it back.Train without forcing to never hit the face.
