How to reset if not pairing?
Turn off the Bluetooth function of your smartphone.Please cancel all the previously connected device name "Power HBQ Pro" before turning off.Remove the left and right earphones from the case and manually press the button for 5 seconds to turn off the power.In the shutdown state, manually press and hold the multi-function button on the left and right earbuds for 10 seconds.After the red and blue light flashes twice, put the left and right earphones back into the charging case to confirm whether it is in charging mode.Remove the left and right earphones from the charging case simultaneously and connect to your smartphone.
Remove the insulating film.
To ensure the safety of the Bluetooth earphones during transportation, we have applied an insulation film.
Please remove the insulation film for the first time use.
Note:
The waterproof performance of this product is not intended for underwater or bathing.Do not use in saunas or bathrooms where high steam is occurringAfter using the earbuds, spray a small amount of alcohol on a cotton swab or tissue to clean the charging terminals of the earphone and the charging case.Please put the earphone back into the case after the charging terminal is dry.
