Feature

●Converts frequency pulse signal from 0-500Hz to 0-5V analog voltage signal. Use the multi-turn potentiometer on the board to calibrate the corresponding relationship between frequency and voltage. The signal input is isolated by a diaphragm. Guaranteed to prevent interference Support NPN type when used with PLC. Ground wire is required
●It can be used to convert interface between PLC and frequency, or to control movement control card and converter interface. If you need to use the encoder, you need to rotate the encoder at a constant speed at least 0.5 seconds. Frequency and voltage conversion module, the response time is about 0.3-0.5 seconds
●Input pulse level is 5V. 12V24V can be directly input, no string resistance. However, the input signal frequency must be maintained at least 0.5 seconds. If the signal input is turbine for signal matching, you need to add 817 diaphragm and resistance to match the flow meter with normal functions
●The output current is 5MA. Input power supply voltage range is 12-30VDC. It is recommended that the power supply voltage is between 15-24VDC. If you use the 12V level, you can not supply power from 12VDC. Requires at least 15VDC power supply. If you need to use 12V power supply, you can also order 12VDC. Power Converter At 24 levels, power supply must be powered from 24VDC
●Frequency and voltage conversion module, response time is about 0.3-0.5 seconds. If you want to use it, you can adjust the blue potentiometer on the board to adjust it. When shipped, we adjust the F/V potentiometer to a certain match. Normally it is not recommended to adjust it alone
