FAQs

Q: If there is no power on or the screen is not visible

A: Solution 1. When wiring, no wires or connectors are used, so please wire it with an insulating tape and check it.

Solution 2. Consider harness cables that do not require wiring processing.

Q: If the screen is hardened immediately after the power is connected.

A: There is an influence of voltage.Use only 12V

Please reset the touch panel if the screen is hardened and the touch panel does not respond.(Please refer to pirara HP for videos. )

Setting Instructions: Long press on home screen with 5 fingers, and tap + mark in order to complete setting.

Q: WiFi connection procedure

A: Tap the settings mark on the bottom right of the home screen, turn on the network and internet → WiFi and tap the WiFi name found on the search.

Enter the WiFi password and it shows it is connected, then the connection is complete.

Q: Mirroring, Carplay Connecting Instructions

A: When connecting to mirroring, please open the "Zlink5" app on the main unit, and check the text displayed on the screen to connect it.

Q: If the rear camera does not show

A: The included rear camera is automatic recognition.No need to set it up.

Wiring Notes: Do not use any gibs, connectors, etc., to make sure that you are wiring with an insulating tape.

Please refer to the 5 pages of easy instructions for wiring diagrams.

Please check it carefully.The default backup camera is as below.

Q: If the touch button on the right side does not respond

A: Please reset the following steps.(Please refer to pirara HP for videos. )

Car Settings App → Factory → 123456OK → Touch Area Key → Start → Clear

After selecting the power, tap the power button on the right, then tap the Home Backward Volume + Volume -

After completion, tap the confirmation, tap the menu above to close all settings and complete the setting.

Q: If you want to look like a TV with a terrestrial digital tuner.

A: Connect the included RCA cable with the ground digitizer and use the cable that has the "IN" label on the car navigation side.After connecting, open the "AUX" app on the main unit to watch it.
