The basic specs are built with a high definition A/D converter that supports 24 bit/96 kHz, while still being pocket-sized, and includes a headphone output port that can adjust the volume of the monitor, 1/4 inch standard out terminal for amplifier connections, and an FX / THRU switch that can switch between effect/dry sound. Also comes with a full version of AmpliTube! Equipped with a headphone terminal, the iRig HD 2 is equipped with an adjustable 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone output for adjustable monitor volume. It is convenient for practice, rehearsal and recording monitoring. You can also monitor your guitar/base sound with headphones or output to an external PA system even if the latest iPhone 7 has been discontinued. The iRig HD 2 amplifier output terminal with FX / THRU switch, also comes with an output port for amplifier connections. Also equipped with an FX / THRU switch, which allows you to switch between effect sound and dry bypass sound processed by AmpliTube app. You can switch between setups depending on time and situation, such as home practice, stage, studio, etc. The "FX" setting will output effects processed sound from an iOS device connected to the iRig HD 2 or a Mac/PC computer.
