(Harness) Bolt and nut: Material S38C to S45C or equivalent, Screw name 7/16-20UNF-2A/2B (see JISB-0208), Nut effective screw height 0.4 inches (10 mm) or more
Reinforced plate (stress plates): Material: SPHC or equivalent, board thickness t=3.0 mm or more, size (effective area): 15.7 inches (40 cm) or more
Washer: Sheet thickness 0.06 inch (1.5 mm) and above, effective area 9.8 inch (25 cm) and above, from the edge of the washer to the center of the bolt hole, 0.5 inch (12 mm) or higher, JIS B1001 class 2 and higher, washer head will perform chamfering round or 0.2 inch (6 mm) or more.
