Kamoko Tool Shop is a traditional craftwork of Yokkaichi city in Mie Prefecture, Banko Ware, and is made of ceramic soil that contains a lot of "petalite" (leaf peelble). In particular, the ceramic soil used in this rice pot is specially formulated with a manufacturer proprietary formula to maximize its properties. Designed to prevent deterioration such as cracks that are common when used continuously. In addition, thanks to the "Petalite" formula, this rice pot is sufficiently resistant to open flames (even for empty firing).
