The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced on December 14, 2018 that a part of the orders relating to road signs, parcel lines, and road signage in order to introduce chain regulations.
Chain regulations are performed when there are special alarms of heavy snow or unusual snowfall that may occur in an emergency announcement against heavy snow.
During chain regulations, tire chains are confirmed in advance of the regulatory section, and the regulatory section is prohibited for cars that do not have a chain attached.
For safety we recommend early preparation and carrying the tire chain.
