How to use
1.Install the dedicated cover
Remove the gel and attach the upper and lower strings to the stroller or car seat.
2. Cool or warm the gel and set it into a dedicated cover.
Prepare the gel for your intended purpose, and place it in the dedicated cover that you have installed.
When cooling: about 3-8 hours in the refrigerator.
When heating: Microwave for about 1 minute (small gel), about 1 minute, 30 seconds (large gel), or warm water in an electric pot (about 85 - 90 degrees) for about 5 minutes.
