HKS SUPER SQV (Sequential Blow Off Valve) uses HKS proprietary 2-stage sequential valve construction with primary and secondary valves to delicately realize pressure control in a wide range of operating areas from low to high supply range.
In addition, the "reliefless operation method" differs from the typical blow off valve structure, suppressing relief during turbocharger overcharging, and maximizing charging response when repeatedly overcharging and opening.
SQV IV is a new dimension to support all turbo vehicles.

1. High quality aluminum die-cast body

5. Primary valve (small)

Chamber pressure is applied to the C chamber, which creates closing force with the primary and secondary valve.The higher the overcharging pressure, the greater the closing force on the valve to prevent relief.

Primary valve opens when accelerated off

Initial pressure difference (open force) occurs in the B chamber, the primary valve is open, and the second valve is removed and the primary release begins.

Secondary valve opens when acceleration is off.

The difference in the B chamber (open power) is maximized, and the primary valve pulls the secondary valve and releases the secondary valve.

A release flex type operating system that supports a wide range from normal to tuning vehicles.

Conventional valve operation methods require you to adjust the spring set load according to the vehicle specifications.In this operation method, if the set load is weak, it will release the pressure of the overcharging pressure during high pressure and do not have the preset overpressure.In addition, if the set load is strong, it can prevent relief during high pressure pressure, but it will not work during low overpressure.

However, SUPER SQV is a release type operating system that is not affected by the specifications of the vehicle, so it can ensure stable operation from low overpressure to high power supply.
