Enameled pot made in Japan.
Enameled is a coat of glass-like clay applied to the surface of metal (iron) and baked at high temperatures.
The combination of iron and glass gives each advantage and further eliminates the possibility of rust and fragility of the glass.
It also has high heat retention and heat resistance, so it is not suitable for hand drip coffee that can be served over and over again.
