The Velcro used by G1H1sports is a heavy duty Velcro tape.

Have you ever experienced the Velcro strap that doesnt stick to you?

In fact, there are also types of Velcro, and it can be divided into two types of high-adhesive and heavy duty types.

The high adhesive type can be joined together very strong, but the fluffy part will quickly become fuzzy and weaken the adhesive.If you use it as is, it will last a lifetime if it becomes weak enough to fall off quickly without force.

The heavy duty type is inferior to high adhesion type, but the fluffy part is less likely to pill and will not decrease in adhesion.Therefore, it has a much longer life than the higher adhesive type.

How to use

Wrap it around your wrist at a moderate strength.Pass your thumb through the loop at the end for easy wrap.

As an example of winding method, it is easy to adjust the tightness by winding it tightly at the first week and adjusting the strength at the end of the winding end.

There are a variety of ways to wrap it around the inner wind, outer wind, over the back of the hand, and not hang it on the back of the hand. The best winding is different depending on the wrist bone and the persons form, so we recommend you to try it out and find the right way for yourself.

Firmness is soft.

Soft to the touch and easy to use, so you dont have to worry about too much tightness or stiffness when wrapped.Recommended for those who are beginning to use wrist wraps and beginner to intermediate training.

Is it "softer" recommended?

Many manufacturers sell wrist wraps, why G1H1 softens the first to intermediate trainers?

Those with low training experience dont use wrist wraps when performing bench press.However, for the prevention of injury, we also recommend using wrist wraps for beginners.However, if you are not used to wrist wraps, you can often experience painful and uncomfortable wrist wraps for competitions.When you get pain you actually cant focus on your training and your performance will not be expensive.
