If not used correctly, it will not work and be sure to use it properly. If your wrist or elbow is low mobility or flexibility, we do not recommend using a strap as a wrist support with various types of clean-ups.

Pull the end of the strap to fit your wrist securely. Wrap the end of the strap around the bar to hold the weight. First, pass the bottom of the bar from back to forward, flip it over, and grab the strap with your fingers from the other end. Make sure your thumb touches the bar.
