1. Check whether the disc is scratch or compatible
It is important to first check whether the optical disc is scratched or the DVD drive is compatible with optical discs.Try putting multiple optical discs in order to see if the DVD drive is working properly.
2. Check your computer settings.
Computers often have a "Auto Play" setting to start playing, just put the optical disc into the drive.If the optical disc is not recognizable, you can fix it by changing the playback settings to "check operation every time."
3. Update the driver
It is often said that on Windows 10 computers do not recognize optical disks due to drivers.Try updating or reinstalling the driver on the DVD drive.
