●Material - High speed steel has high hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance, and processing. Titanium coating has excellent corrosion resistance, greatly improves abrasion resistance and hardness, reducing friction coefficient
●FEATURES - Spiral shavings space design for fast and clean shavings removal Sharp edge cuts smoothly, no glitch. Upcut end mills allow the slits to be moved upwards from the milling area, leaving a path without obstacles to prevent tool damage
●APPLICATION - Suitable for engraving, cutting, carving, milling, sloting, carving, carving, engraving MDF, ABS, PVC, PP, acrylic, nylon, plastic, wood, plywood, hardwood etc. Suitable for surfacing, 2D or 3D engraving
●Note - Used in engraving, CNC machines, and machining centers. Adopts spray cooling and air jet cooling to enhance the use of the milling cutter. Hand drill allows the end mill to be twisted easily. The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck is better!

Description

High speed steel endmill has high hardness, good toughness, wear resistance, good processing performance. Titanium coating has excellent corrosion resistance, greatly improves abrasion resistance and hardness, reducing friction coefficient.

Spiral shavings space design for fast and clean shavings removal Sharp edge cuts smoothly, no glitch. The upcut end mill can be separated upwards from the milling area, thus preventing tool breakage and leaving a obstacle-free path to extend tool life.

Suitable for carving, cutting, carving, milling, sloting, carving, and sculpting MDF, ABS, PVC, PP, acrylic, nylon, plastic, wood, plywood, hardwood etc. Suitable for surfacing, 2D or 3D engraving.

Used in engraving machines, CNC machines, and machining centers. Adopts spray cooling and air jet cooling to enhance the use of the milling cutter. Hand drill allows the end mill to be twisted easily.

Note: The longer the length of the tool that is clamped by the chuck is better! If the clamp length is short, you need to lower feed and cutting speed to reduce snoring and extend tool life. When combined with the materials to be machined, selecting the right feed and cutting speed will increase tool life for better machining accuracy and performance.
