1. Print cracked or broken layer models

2. What should I do if the extrusion stop in the middle of printing?

1. Confirm the balance of consumables. 2. You can check the wear of the drive gear or adjust the printing speed. 3. Refer to the nozzle when the extruder is clogged.

3. How to clog the nozzle?

1. To ensure that the new wire can be extruded properly; 2. Clean the nozzle, use slightly smaller than the nozzle diameter of the fine needle to clean and replace the new nozzle; 3. Check whether the throat cooling fan is running properly, and the fan will lead to throat items before melting expansion 4. Make sure the throat is aging as a result of clogging.

4. What is the solution for rough surfaces of the model?

Generally, it starts from three directions: printer, filament and slice settings.You can check and judge from the following 3 points.

(1) Check the working condition of your printer to ensure no wobble or misalignment.

(2) Make sure the filament contains moisture and the wire diameter is not very uniform.When used with a damp filament, bubbles during printing can cause tiny holes in the surface of the mold.It may also cause problems of threading and losing luster.

(3) If it is not a problem with a printer or filament, it will be adjusted by changing the lamination pitch, material extrusion, printing temperature and printing speed.
