OT-RS900 purpose

The radius (r) of the curved cable over the RD-R9100 from the bike frame is smaller than the radius produced by other rear derailleurs as shown in the images below.Commonly used outer casing OT-SP41 is too hard for such small radius and may affect the adjustment of rear derailleur and rear wheel attachment.The OT-RS900 provides optimal rigidity to avoid such problems. **OT-RS900 must be used on the rear derailleur side only.Do not use on the shift/brake lever side.

The length of the OT-RS900 should be adjusted correctly according to the frame dimensions of the bike.Maintaining proper performance is important.When you adjust the length, you need to cut the OT-RS900 from the right side.
