MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTION:
A. Press the power button and insert the pin into the object about 0.2 inches (5 mm). The percentage of water of the object is displayed on the LCD.
B. Press the "HOLD" button to hold the current value. Press the "HOLD" button again to release the hold function.
C. After measuring, press the power button to turn off the power. Cover the probe shield and finish the measurement.
