By changing the length of the pulley boss located in the center of the pulley, the drive belt can be moved to the outside of the pulley and aimed for maximum speed.
Furthermore, the two shim mounting positions allow for fine acceleration characteristics.
DLC type is also set to prevent wear due to reduced friction loss and lack of lubrication to ensure stable pulley operation.
