Womens Staff Comfort:
We tried on regular thick socks.
9.1 inches (23.0 cm) was perfect overall.
The 9.3 inches (23.5 cm) felt a little loose, but it doesnt fall off when walking.
We felt that even if you use thin socks to adjust the tie of the laces, you can wear them.
I choose 23.5 cm because I am bunion and want a little room than I wear it tight.
