IGNITION COIL Failure symptoms:

If an enst occurs while driving, it may be the cause of the ignition coil failure. This may happen when you stop or move.If the coil begins to deteriorate, the spark plug will flow irregular current. As a result, normal operation may occur and suddenly issue later. When you move and start the stole, it will stop completely and prevent the backup from starting. You may still be able to drive your car, but you will hear a lot of strange sounds and you may feel the bumpy car even when you accelerate. If the ignition coil malfunctions and engine misfire, fuel consumption may continue to increase. As a result, the mileage of the fuel tank is reduced and the fuel tank needs to be replenished more frequently. This means you spend more money on gas than before. The first sign is black smoke from the exhaust pipe. The smoke also has a gasoline smell. Therefore, if there is at least one active ignition coil, the engine crankshaft will rotate when the cylinder has no sparks.Of course, checking the engine lights may mean that your car has many problems. However, if any of the above 4 symptoms occurs and the check engine light is also on, it may be due to the ignition coil.

Fault Light Prompt:

Turn the engine. Pull out the ignition coil 1. Check the engine status change. If the engine is rough or vibrated, the ignition coil may be fault. If there is no change in the condition of the engine, the ignition coil will be good. Repeat the process for the remaining ignition coil until you find the damaged ignition coil. In most cases, we will bring your car to the auto repair shop and have a diagnostic test. If you found that all you need to test is a new ignition coil.

Installation Details:

Remove the ignition coil and make sure the engine and ignition device are off. The engine will also cool out, remove the electrical connector of the ignition coil. This includes typically pushing down the connector tab while pulling the connector away from the coil.Use the ratchet wheel and sleeve to remove the ignition coil fixing fastener.Pull up the ignition coil, remove it from the engine and remove it from the spark plug.Compare the old ignition coil to the new ignition coil to make sure the two designs are the same. Place the coil on the spark plug, make sure the coil mounting hole matches the engine stud or hole, then gently push the coil down.Reinstall the coil retaining fastener and use the ratchet wheel and sleeve to tighten it until it fits perfectly. When you reconnect the coil electrical connector, you will hear a click after it locks into place.Start the engine and check the working status.

Strict Quality Control:

All of our ignition coils undergo strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process as well as before shipment. Each step of production is performed with multiple quality control checks to ensure that all parts will last for years to come.
