The TM-SQUARE High Pressure Radiator Cap is a cooling part that increases the boiling point of coolant water by pulling the open valve pressure from the original 1.1kg/cm² to 1.3kg/cm².
When the coolant water boils up there will be bubbles that will decrease the cooling efficiency instantly.
This is because liquid has a much less gas specific heat and cannot effectively absorb the heat generated from the engine.
Specific heat is the amount of heat required to increase the temperature of a substance per 0.04 °F (1 g).
Therefore, by setting the opening pressure on the radiator cap slightly higher and improving boiling point, it can suppress the occurrence of air bubbles, resulting in a more efficient cooling.
