PIAA Radiator Valve
[Regular type]
Prevents overheating/improves cooling effect for engine comfort
Radiator valves are part of a cooling system that prevents power down and ensures responsive and stable power even in extreme conditions such as long periods of time driving with a high rotation range of high power engines. Radiator valves play a very important role in this system.
[1] Enhance the cooling effect of your cooling system.
Cooling system that circulates around the engine to cool the internal combustion engine and cools the heat of the coolant water by radiator. Turn the radiator inside high pressure above atmospheric pressure (98 kPa). Because the radiators cooling effect (heat dissipation capability) is proportionate to the temperature of the coolant water.
The higher the temperature of the coolant water, the greater the radiator heat dissipation. The radiator valve boiling water at atmospheric pressure of 100 degrees Celsius is made to increase the pressure inside the radiator so it does not boil up until it reaches temperatures above 220 degrees Celsius, and the temperature difference between the outside air and the heat dissipation capacity is greatly increased.
As a result, the cooling system is kept to the limit.
[2] Perfectly maintains the cooling effect of your cooling system.
PIAA radiator valve reinforces the main pressure valve spring and always maintain the proper pressure inside the radiator to function the cooling system.
When the internal temperature rises, the main pressure valve activates and adjusts the pressure when it reaches high pressure.
When the internal temperature is reduced, negative pressure valve activates and adjusts the pressure.
This results in maintaining the cooling effect of the cooling system and backup the high performance and high power of the engine.
