Seatpost diameter is 1.0 - 1.0 inches (26.8 - 27.2 mm) for use with frame seatpost 27.2 mm
The seatpost diameter is 30.6-30.8mm, which is used for frame seatpost 30.8mm.

Some customers cant install seat posts because the diameter of the frames seatpost is not standard. Make sure the seat post is properly secured with the seat clamp.
