WAGO 221 series duplex 3 and 5 wire connectors make it easy and fast to connect solo, stranded or thin stranded wires of various cross-section surfaces. This connector comes in two variations, which can accommodate 24-12 AWG and 20-10 AWG wires. It takes little effort to open the 221 series lever. This means you can quickly connect the conductor without using any tools. Recessed handles on both sides allow for easy and secure grip on the connector when connecting the conductor. For safe use, check the voltage on either side of the connector just when plugging in. One test item will inspect the voltage of the direction the conductor is plugged in, and the other test item will test the voltage to the opposite end. This easy-to-use product is versatile and extremely easy to test. In addition, the mounting carrier is available for each 221 series splicing connector. Can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Simply click to the DIN rail or screw the carrier to a smooth surface. Flexible mounting and fixing allows you to easily plug and remove either connector. Conductors can be conveniently plugged and detached before or after inserting the connector into the carrier. One test slot is always available to ensure it complies with VDE standards.
