The 6.3mm (1/4") thick neoprene pad fits gently on your wrist and tightens with a stainless steel buckle and velcro for a precise and secure lifting strap that can be used as a wrist wrap.
The end of the strap has a dowel that locks securely onto the bar for easy on and off the bar. It is highly durable so you can use it comfortably for a long time even during hard workouts.
