Q. Why does this external drive appear on your desktop after connecting to your computer?
A .1.Make sure the drive and laptop are connected correctly.For desktops, please connect to the USB port behind the computer host.
2. Make sure this external Blu-ray DVD drive has enough power.
3. Disable the power management option: computer power management options may interfere with USB devices functional.Find the USB controller in the Device Manager, right-click and select "Property" and uncheck the "Power Management" tab "Allow the computer to power this device off to save power".
Q: Does not recognize computer or can not play Blu-Ray/CD/DVD.
A: 1.Plug this external CD DVD drive into Mac OS and insert the disc, then the disc will appear on the desktop.
2. Do not connect with USB HUB, connect directly to computer.
3. Make sure you have built in drive driver software.Or try it on a different computer.
4. Please make sure you have the correct playback software for this external CD drive, and it is the correct format.
