AcuRite solar radiation shields improve the accuracy and reliability of the daytime temperature measurement of compatible AcuRite sensors. When the location of the sensor is limited to direct sunlight, the radiation shield provides shade and allows air flow to the compatible sensor. AcuRite temperature sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, or the lightning detector with temperature and humidity can be easily clipped within the shield. The Solar Shield also provides easy installation and includes an integrated hanger and keyhole for multiple mounting options. The Sun Shield is compatible with AcuRite Sensor 592Txr / 06002, 606TX / 06009, 609Txc, and 06045M (sold separately).
