Common Operational Problems
(1) Unable to send wires
Open the side cover and make sure the wire feed wheel is rotated; if the wire feed wheel is working properly, make sure the conductive nozzle of the torch corresponds to the diameter of the wire.
(2) No spark
Follow the side cover diagram to check the wire connection.In order to form a circuit that makes sure the welder has the correct function mode selected, the gun switch must be pulled and connected to the gun continuously during the welding work where the wire needs to be in contact with the work.If there is a lot of rust on the work surface, there is no sparks, so please polish your work.
