Special heat treatment applied to iron for easy handling and strong iron.

The iron surface forms a "iron nitride layer + iron oxide layer" for rust resistant frying pans.Nitrogen-filled high temperature kiln with iron and nitride surface (connecting iron and nitrogen) to create rust-resistant and strong iron.With a special heat treatment, the surface is 5 times harder than ordinary iron, covering the weak points of iron, eliminating the risk of annoying cleaning and rust.

The First Preparation "Smear Oil"

No rust coating means you dont have to grill the first time.

1. Fill the pan with oil to 1/3 the depth of the pot and heat it on low heat for about 5 minutes.

2. Stop the fire and put the oil back into the oil pot.

3. Wipe the oil left in the pan with a kitchen paper and so on, evenly rubbing the entire interior.

Prepare for use every time with a "grease"

Turning greaser prevents food from sticking and makes your food more delicious.

1.Warm the pan with medium heat.

2. Fill with a large amount of oil (about a spoon) and apply the oil to the skins of the pan.

3. When the oil inside is warm enough, put the oil back into the oil pot.Then add the amount of oil needed to cook and start cooking.
