1. Insert the blade into the sharpener.

Lightly tighten the blade holding screws while aligning the sharpening surface with the whetstone (to the extent that the blade will not fall off).

2. Check if there is no gaps.

Turn the sharpener over and place the ruler to the sharpening surface and roller to confirm if there is any gap.If it does not fit, please loosen the cutlery press screws a little and adjust by sliding the blade back and forth to avoid gap.

3) Adjust the gap between the middle and both ends

Place the ruler on the center and both sides of the sharpening surface of the blade until each gap is gone.

Directions for Use: Once the blade is attached, sharpening it several times with a rough whetstone to check the surface to sharpen the blade a few times.

When the sharpening surface is left or right, the sharpener will be marked.

The blade may be either on the left or right.If there is a lot of sharpening marks on the left, place the plane blade towards the right.If the plane is higher on the right, push the plane blade to the left.

If the sharpening surface is moved to either the edge or the base of the blade to create a mark.

If there is a lot of sharpening marks on the edge, insert the blade edge slightly deep.If there is a lot of sharpening marks at the root, pull the blade edge slightly to adjust it.

Tighten the screws tightly after adjustment is completed.

After adjustment, sharpening a few times and firmly tighten the blade holding screws if the sharpener marks are left on the entire or center of the sharpening.

How to Sharpen
