This hat has a high heat shielding structure (Cocagel®) that has a built-in sheet that reflects heat rays such as sunlight and other heat rays. In experiments that reproduce direct sunlight in the midsummer, the interior temperature is reduced by about 8 degrees Celsius compared to ordinary hats (based on our experiments). Blocks over 98% of UV rays (UPF 50+) to prevent sunburn. Ventilation holes are placed on the top and both sides to prevent stuffiness inside the hat and effectively prevent the head from overheating. The inner head circumference has a sweat-wicking and quick-drying feature, and is made with a sweat prevention tape that has been treated with an antibacterial and deodorizing treatment (SEK certified tag).
