First, add 50V voltage to the capacitor for 10-15 minutes.
After that, every 4-5 minutes increase the voltage by 20 V and gradually increase the working voltage. Up to rated voltage For safety reasons, it is generally necessary to connect 100K5W current limiting resistors in series to prevent power damage caused by electrolytic short circuit. You can also use the voltage on both ends of the 100K resistor to detect electrolytic leakage current. If conditions permit you can use an adjustable high voltage power supply with a 10mA constant current source for aging.
Typically, the intact electrolytic capacitors have a rated voltage and 0.025 to 0.05 mA/microfarad leakage current under normal temperature.
