Pressure Test Method (Example for outdoor units)

1

Pressure tests are performed with nitrogen gas to compress equipment to test pressure, so please refer to the diagram to connect equipmentDo not use chlorine refrigerants or oxygen or combustible gases on pressurized gas.Do not open the valve on the interior unit with the enclosure.Pressure on both high and low pressure side service boats.

2

The pressure is divided into 2 times until test pressure, and gradually press and check for leakage.

3

After the boost, close the valve between the gauge manifold and the outdoor unit unit, remove the gauge manifold, and leave it for a prescribed time, and observe the pressure change.
