Cooler rubber stopper

You can easily drill holes with the heat melting of your cooler, and the hose of the air pump can be installed, making it a cooler with shrimp or mackerel.

Heat Fused Drilling Processing

1. Mark the hole in the lid of the cooler.

2. Bake in a gas flame while turning the pipe.(about 30 seconds)

3. Put the burnt pipe vertically and lightly press it into the seal position of the lid.

(Note: If the pipe is sideways, the hole is larger and may cause water leakage.)

4. Drill the burrs around the hole (top and bottom, inside and out) with a knife, etc., to complete the drilling process.

Note:

Vacuum insulated coolers cannot be drilled.For heat melt drilling, wear gloves on both hands and be careful of burns.To drill holes in 2 places, replace the black cap of the pipe in the opposite direction.The pipe can be drilled just by lightly pressing it on.Please be aware that the plastic parts will break if you press it firmly.

How to install the cooler rubber plug?

(Can be installed with a lid thickness of 1.1 - 1.4 inches (28 - 35 mm)

Insert the rubber plug into the hole from the inside of the cooler and pull out tightly.After pulling out the rubber stopper, cut out from the cut line of B part and complete installation.
