It can be attached to handlebars with an inner diameter of 0.7 - 0.9 inches (19 - 22 mm).

Black resin washers with a small protrusion
It is sure to be straight into the jaw hole of the shifter,
Tighten the crown screws.
If you tighten the resin washer while it is floating the protrusion will break and prevent the shifter from fixing.
Not for use with SRAM products.
