Application Function:

--- Suitable for processing, modifying or cleaning stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, aluminum, and plastic male screws. Ideal for re-threading existing threads in hard materials such as metal or creating new threads on soft materials such as plastic. Widely used in machine thread repair When tapping process, apply appropriate lubricant to the edge of the blade. Makes cutting and cooling easier, lighter and faster cutting, improved finish and dimensional accuracy. Repeat the twisting process 3-4 times until the desired length is formed
--- Commonly used 9SiCr alloy tool steel has high hardness, high torque, good toughness, high tempering ability, and tempering stability. Rounded design, clear thread, abrasion resistance, easy thread repair. The surface is greased, lubricated and rust-proof. Threaded die cuts into the screw clockwise and reverses every 1/4-1/2 turns to remove the shavings from the shavings hole. Dice positioning grooves must match the fixing screws in the middle of the dice wrench. Insert the screws into the groove and tighten it. Be careful of even forces.


Useful Tips:

--- The diameter of the bar should be about 0.05-0.15mm smaller than the nominal diameter of the screw you need. The slightly smaller diameter makes tapping easier and maintains proper screw height. The end of the bar requires 1*45 degree chamfering. Do not use on tile, concrete, wall, stone, etc.
