Function Key Introduction
1. Press the switch. After startup, it will enter the measurement screen.
2. In the activation state, press the menu key to enter menu mode.
3. Menu options are Zero Adjustment Correction, Temperature Unit Selection, Auto Shutdown Time Setting, Backlight On/Off Setting.
4. Press the switch key to switch the options, press the Confirmation key to enter Menu Option.
5. When enter the applicable menu option, press the switch key to switch the options, press the check key to confirm the option. Go back to the main menu screen.
6. Press the menu key to exit the menu screen and return to the waiting for measurement.
Test Sample
1. Activate and directly enter the measurement screen.
2. Clean the prism surface with clean water.
3. Samples of measuring about 0.3 ml are sent to a measuring pond (about 2/3 sampling pond depth).
4. Press the "Measurement" button to measure and display the measurement.
5. To measure another new sample, simply wash the measuring pond first, and repeat steps 2-4.
6. When you finish using it, pour water into the measuring pond and dry it with a soft paper or cloth.
Warm Tip: When adding samples to measuring cells, do not use metal spoons to prevent damage to the surface of the prism. Place the sample in the measurement pond for a while before measuring.
Error Message
1. During zero calibration, measurement cells cannot be filled with water or other solutions instead of water. "Calibration Errors" are displayed during calibration.
2. When started, the "low battery" indicates that the battery voltage is not sufficient, so you need to replace a new battery.
3. If the sample measurement is more than 32%, it cant be measured.
4. The surface temperature of the prism can not be measured below 10℃ or above 40℃.
