Please check the first time after purchase to ensure that you will enjoy it for a long time.

The Igatobe pot is made of coarse soil that gently transmits heat.So if you use it as it will cause water to leak and crack, so before first use, you need to spot it on coarse soil. This is a troublesome task, but because it is rough soil, you can cook delicious porridge.

[How to Stop]

Step 1) Wash the earthpot thoroughly with water, wipe off the water, and place the bottom of the pot upward, then air dry.(This may cause cracking if you place it on a fire without completely drying)

Step 2) Place the dried earthpot with 8 minutes of water (or hot water) and over 1/5 of the water (cooked rice, cold rice) in the dry earthenware pot.

Step 3) Stir gently to release the rice, place the top lid and cook on low heat. When it is boiling, please flip the lid and slowly cook it in order to prevent it from spilling.(No inner lid required)

Step 4) Once the porridges are cooked, stop the fire and remove porridges after the earthenware has cooled enough, (over 1 hour) and rinse the earthenware with water.

The cooked porridges can be eaten, so you can combine them with your favorite ingredients.

Regarding how to see, we have included the recipe book (English language not guaranteed).
