ABOUT ProMark

ProMark was founded in 1957 by Herb Brochstein, the owner of the professional drummer and drum specialty store.ProMark is a family owned philosophy brand that remains the same even after DAddario acquired ProMark from Herb son, Maury, in 2011.The offices and factories remain in Houston, Texas, and their 90,000 square foot factory make drum sticks using hickory, maple and Japanese white oak oak.(ProMark is the first drum stick manufacturer in America to successfully expand the market of Japanese oak wood drum sticks).

ProMark uses to manufacture sticks and mallets to be used only with no danger of extinction.Not only is the cut of wood that is made under careful control, but ProMark always puts a lot of attention to subsequent planting.The cut materials are first produced by a repeating selection process and pre-processing at our mill in the southern middle before they are processed into a drum stick, and then through a series of manufacturing processes the strict inspection is performed and produced through a series of manufacturing processes.

The Houston manufacturing team will continue to build drum sticks, keyboard mallets, and timpanimallets for top artists, instructors, students and users around the world using state of the art mechanical equipment.
