We will pay all the costs and shipping costs for bone repair.
As a general rule, the free repair **period is 3 months from the date of purchase.

As a general rule, the free repair period when purchased by December 31, 2014 is 1 year from the date of purchase.
Repair period may vary depending on the defective location and time of delivery. Please be aware that it usually takes about 1 to 2 months.
The end and start of year (December to January), the Bon period (August), Chinese factory Chinese Chinese Chinese New Year (January to March) may take longer than usual.

1. Please contact service@okamoto-kasa.com with your order number and repair point when purchasing. We will reply to you in the confirmation.
2. Please send the repair umbrella to Okamoto Tokyo Branch Co., Ltd.
3. We will contact you by email after you have finished repair.
