Organic materials generally tend to significantly deteriorate when faded. "ULTRA FIBER" revises the formulation of non-asbestos fibers and copper wires from scratch, greatly improved fade resistance. In addition to the heat resistance of new products, the cooling recovery is unmatched, even in the event of a fade occurring.
- Improved rotational strength.
Increased copper wire ratio increases heat resistance but increases weight and decreases rotational strength. In order to compensate for this, we generally apply reinforcements to the facing, but it increases inertia and decreases the shift feel. Ultra FIBER uses high strength fibers to ensure high rotational strength only with facing, and no reinforcing plate is required, providing low inertia and high heat resistance.
- Improved abrasion resistance.
