Description
Aluminum air valve cap with hybrid construction
This hybrid air valve cap combines a resin threaded inner and full billet aluminum outer to prevent the formation of "hyper metal contact corrosion" caused by the combination of brass and aluminum valve caps.
The aluminum outer has a regular cutting process and a beautiful anodized finish to make it a focal point among the aluminum wheels.

The hexagon column design is the standard as an air valve cap and will match any aluminum wheel without discomfort.
The hexagonal shape is cut from solid wood.

The rubber valve threads on many car wheels are made of soft brass, whereas the resin screws inside the product gently interlock into the entire surface. The product is designed to be permanently separated with a hybrid structure of aluminum cutting and resin screws, so it can be used for a long time.

Cutting regularity and full billet finish
Unlike the manufacturing method of cutting and pressing the hex bar used in mass production of ordinary air valve caps, each piece is carefully cut from solid wood, giving it a sense of quality and luxury. This design combines the most familiar hexagonal cutting as an air valve cap.
Standard size fits all vehicles
Even though its hybrid construction, it has a lightweight finish that is only 0.06 oz (1.5 g) in size equal to the 1 piece aluminum air valve cap.
The hexagon column is a standard size of 0.4 inch (10 mm) opposite side, and comes with a gasket inside.
