Description
How to Use:
1. Completely remove the old paint film and underlying dirt, rust, oil, moisture, etc. from the repair area, and then remove all other impurities such as abrasive dust and other impurities with air blow or silicone off.
When air blowing, please be careful to get moisture from the airline.
2. Add 2.5% special hardener C to the main agent (1.4 oz (40 g) of hardener to 1.4 oz (1 g) of main agent) to a ratio of weight (0.04 oz (1 g) of hardener) to make sure it is uniform and mixed quickly with a spatula.
Please use the hardening agent as an additive amount of 1.5 to 3.5 % (too much or too small will cause hardening defects and adhesion problems).
Do not add hardener C directly into the can of the main agent.
Only small amounts are used to ensure no contacting with the main agent and hardener C.
Spatula that removes the main ingredient from the can can can be changed into a separate spatula from the spatula that is putty.
3. Be careful not to let air in, and quickly spatula the required thickness
4. It is recommended to be dried for 5 to 15 minutes at 50 to 60 degrees Celsius. *Especially recommended when temperatures are low or high humidity.
Some of the rich galvanized steel sheets may have bad initial adhesion and early drying. In that case, forced to dry for 5 - 15 minutes at 50 - 60 degrees Celsius degrees for extreme adhesion and drying at the initial level.
