Reliable Hida Lava Plate
Lava rocks found in the earth of Hida Takayama.
The lava stone produces far infrared rays when placed on a fire, but this far-infrared light has the properties of warming objects from the inside.Charcoal-fired or teppany-fired surface may be burnt to the content, but when heated with a lava plate, the flame will be evenly distributed to the inside of the meat and produce a fresh and plump effect. Lava stone absorbs excess fat and vegetables moisture.It brings out the flavor of the ingredients of the meat and vegetables and makes it taste delicious. Special grips are sold separately for carrying plates.

For safe and delicious taste
Please keep the plate away from the gas cylinder as far as possible to avoid heat buildup.
Please heat thoroughly with a strong flame at first, (about 10 minutes for the estimation of getting hot) *Use it from a sufficiently heated state to make it more delicious.
After fully heated, please start baking with fire extinguishing or low heat (sufficient temperature is maintained by preheating).
Weaken the grill? If you think it, please ignite it again and bake it on a low flame.
Repeat this will help minimize oil splash and smoke.
You can also reduce the heat of the gas cylinder.
If the stove safety device is in use, please replace the gas cylinder with a new one.If the remaining gas is cooled, you can use it next time.
